A menu that tells you what it costs and how long you will be in the chair, before you book. Four hours is four hours, and you should be able to plan around it.
The honest advice is that a straightforward cut with new talent is one of the best-value things in a salon, and complex colour with a senior is worth the difference.
Qualified, 1–2 yrs
Supervised on colour. Excellent value on a straightforward cut.
3–6 yrs
The default booking. Handles most colour work unsupervised.
7–12 yrs
Faster and more predictable on complex work. Books out furthest.
12 yrs+
Correction work and anything that has gone wrong elsewhere.
Colour cannot be booked straight from this page and that is deliberate. What is achievable depends on what your hair has already had done to it, and the patch test is a real allergy risk rather than paperwork.
Reactions develop after years of uneventful colouring. That is precisely why the test is every time, not once.
We look at what your hair has had done to it before, not just what you want next. Bring photos.
A genuine allergy risk rather than a formality. It cannot be waived however long you have coloured for.
Box dye, henna or a previous correction changes how colour lifts. Better to find out on one strand.
With a realistic time on it, so you are not trying to leave at hour three of four.
Nobody here works on retail commission, which is why you will occasionally be told your current shampoo is fine.
“Told me the colour I asked for would take three appointments to reach safely, rather than frying my hair in one.”
E. Marchetti
Balayage
“The time on the menu was right. Four hours meant four hours, so I booked the day off.”
P. Osei-Bonsu
Full head
“Booked with new talent for a cut at half the price and it was excellent. They told me to.”
K. Lindgren
Cut & finish
Because experience is what you are buying. A senior stylist is faster and more predictable on complex work; new talent is excellent value on a straightforward cut. Both are listed so you can choose rather than be assigned.
For any colour service, yes, at least 48 hours before. It is a genuine allergy risk, not a formality, and we cannot waive it however many times you have coloured elsewhere. Reactions develop after years of uneventful use.
Every service on the menu has a time next to it. A full head of foils with a cut is around four hours, and we would much rather you knew that before arriving than at hour two.
Usually, and it is director-level work. It is never quoted over the phone — what is achievable depends entirely on what is already on the hair and how it was applied.
Tell us in the chair, or within seven days. Adjustments in that window are free. That is a policy rather than a favour.
Colour appointments start with a consultation and a patch test. Cuts can be booked straight in.
