Do I need to leave the house during treatment?
For most interior treatments, no. Heat treatment for bed bugs is the exception — that requires the property to be empty for roughly six hours, and we will tell you before booking rather than on the day.
Is the treatment safe around pets and children?
Products go into cracks, voids and exterior perimeters rather than onto open surfaces. Your technician will tell you which rooms to keep clear and for how long, usually two to four hours.
What if the pests come back?
Termite and rodent work carries a renewable warranty. General pest plans include free re-treatment between scheduled visits, with no trip fee and no deductible.
How quickly can somebody actually get here?
Plan members get same-day dispatch. Everyone else is same or next day, and we will tell you honestly on the call rather than booking you in and slipping the date.
