Storm damage in your area — free inspection, no obligation
(555) 663-2075We document the damage, handle the insurance paperwork, and give you a written scope before you decide anything. If the roof does not need replacing we will tell you that too, in writing, and you will not have paid us a cent to find out.

Nothing here needs a ladder. Every one of these is something an adjuster looks for, and the more of them stack up together, the more likely it is that the roof took a genuine hit rather than aged out.
Nothing on this list points at storm damage yet. Keep it bookmarked and run through it again after the next front comes through — most claims are lost to time, not to the carrier.

Roof work is judged on photographs, not adjectives. Same house, same angle, same time of day — the only thing that changed is what is nailed to the decking.
Spring hail took the granule surface off three slopes and split the ridge. Claim approved on the first adjuster visit; tear-off, decking repair and a full system replacement in two days.
Most roof replacements are an insurance conversation before they are a construction one. Here is exactly where the homeowner has to act and where we take it off your hands.
Point us at the storm date and unlock the side gate.
We walk the roof, chalk and photograph every hit, measure the slopes and put it into the format an adjuster reads.
Make the call to your carrier — the policyholder has to open it, not the contractor.
We send you the damage report and the exact loss date and cause wording to read out on that call.
Nothing. You do not need to be on the ladder or in the attic.
We meet the adjuster on site, walk the roof with them and hand over the photograph set so nothing gets missed.
Approve the final scope and pay your deductible, which is yours by law.
We reconcile the carrier's scope against what the roof actually needs and supplement anything left off it.
Move the cars off the drive the night before.
Tear off, dry in, replace rotted decking, install the system, magnet-sweep the property twice and close the claim out.
Five architectural laminates we stock and install year round. Colour is the part everyone cares about, but the wind and impact ratings underneath it are what your carrier cares about.
The default in most neighbourhoods. Warm brown blend that hides ordinary weathering and sits well against brick.
Colours render differently on screen. We bring physical boards to the inspection.

Registered on the full system — underlayment, starter, field, hip and ridge. Requires certified installation, which is why not every roofer can offer it.
Standard field shingle is rated to 130 mph with the six-nail pattern we install as default. Class 4 impact laminate is available on request.
If the damage is storm-related, usually yes. The inspection produces the documentation an adjuster needs — dated photographs, a slope-by-slope hit count and a measured diagram — and we meet the adjuster on site so the scope is argued once rather than three times.
Most residential tear-offs and replacements are one to two days on site, weather permitting. Larger or steeper roofs, or anything with significant decking rot underneath, run to three. We give you the honest number before the crew is booked rather than after.
A workmanship warranty from us plus the manufacturer's system warranty, which requires certified installation. Both are in writing and both are handed over on the day the job closes, not posted out at some later date.
Yes, and be wary of anyone who tells you otherwise. Absorbing or rebating a deductible is insurance fraud in most states and it voids the claim it was meant to help. Your deductible is the only part of a covered replacement you pay.
We only strip what the crew can dry in the same day, so there is always a watertight underlayment over open decking before anyone leaves. If the forecast turns hard we stop stripping and secure what is open rather than racing the weather.
