No contract, no joining fee, and a month’s notice to leave that we will not make difficult. Classes cap at twelve so a coach can actually watch your third rep rather than your first.
Spaces shown are live. Twelve to a class is a hard cap, not a guideline — when it says nought left, it is full.
Most gyms list what a tier includes. The more useful column is what it does not, so that is printed too.

Anyone who has trained seriously wants to know how many racks there are before they visit. Vague photography is not an answer.
The people who would benefit most from a gym are the ones most put off by walking into one. That is worth saying plainly rather than papering over with another photograph of somebody mid-deadlift.
You can book it before joining, and if you never come back nobody will ring you.
Booked whenever suits, including before you join. No obligation attached to it.
Where things live, how the racks adjust, which machines are worth your time.
That is the point. Getting corrected once at the start saves months of guessing.
Three sessions written down. Not a sales pitch — an actual plan on paper.
Head coach
Strength and powerlifting. Runs the barbell classes and most of the one-to-one programming.
Conditioning
Endurance and work capacity. Also the one who will slow you down when you need it.
Movement
Mobility, rehab-adjacent work and the quarterly screens on the Full membership.
“Cancelled after a house move, by email, and nobody rang me to talk me out of it. That is rarer than it should be.”

“The induction is genuinely free. I did it before joining and they did not chase me afterwards.”

“Twelve to a class means the coach actually sees your third rep, not just your first.”

No. Monthly rolling, no joining fee, one month's notice by email, and no retention call. The terms are printed on this page rather than in a PDF you find after signing.
Almost certainly not, and the induction exists precisely for this. It is a free hour with a coach who shows you where everything is and how to use it, and nobody is watching you.
A day pass is available and its cost comes off your first month if you join within a fortnight.
17:30 to 19:30 on weekdays is the peak and the platforms go first. Before 08:00 and after 20:30 you will usually have a rack to yourself.
The induction ends with three written sessions. Beyond that the Full membership includes the programme template library, which is where most people start.
Either is fine, and doing the induction first does not commit you to anything.
