Questions we get asked
Do I need to leave the house during treatment?
For most interior treatments, no. Heat treatment for bed bugs is the exception — that requires the property to be empty for roughly six hours.
Is the treatment safe around pets and children?
Products are applied in cracks, voids and exterior perimeters rather than open surfaces. Technicians will tell you which rooms to keep clear and for how long, usually two to four hours.
What if the pests come back?
Termite and rodent work carries a renewable warranty. General pest plans include free re-treatment between scheduled visits.
