Will you quote before starting work?
Yes. Flat-rate price is given in writing before any tool comes out of the van, and it does not change unless the scope does and you approve it.
Are you actually licensed and insured?
License number is on every invoice and in the site footer. Certificates of insurance are available on request before work begins.
Do you charge extra for nights and weekends?
There is an after-hours dispatch fee, quoted on the call before dispatch, never added afterwards.
