Sometimes the right answer is a small site, a Squarespace, or a different studio. We’ll say so. We’d rather refer you to someone better suited than take work we won’t do well.

A website that goes live and is then forgotten quietly turns into a liability. We measure success in years on the same site, not in launch screenshots.

Plain English in the proposal, plain English in the invoice, plain English on the phone. If something is unclear, ask.

We use the tools that suit the job — Next.js, Astro, WordPress, Shopify — not the tool that’s trending this quarter.
