Roofing demand spikes after weather, and the template is shaped for that spike. Under the storm band is a damage checker: tick off what you can see from the ground and a severity gauge moves and tells you whether it is worth a look or worth a call today. Before-and-after work is shown on draggable sliders rather than in a photo grid, because a roof is judged on the comparison and a static pair of thumbnails does not make it. The insurance claim runs as a five-step timeline that separates what the homeowner does from what the contractor does, since most roof replacements are an insurance conversation before they are a construction one.
Both downloads are the same design. The HTML build opens by double-clicking index.html — no Node, no install, no build step — and its accordions work, but the click-driven widgets are presentational. The React build is the live, interactive one and needs npm install.

Will my insurance cover this?
If the damage is storm-related, usually yes. The inspection produces the documentation an adjuster needs, and we meet the adjuster on site.
How long does a replacement take?
Most residential tear-offs and replacements are one to two days on site, weather permitting.
What warranty comes with it?
Workmanship warranty from us plus the manufacturer's system warranty, which requires certified installation — both are in writing.
