Garage door work splits cleanly into two jobs that need different pages, and most sites in this trade try to be one thing. Half the visitors have a door stuck open at eleven at night with a broken spring; the other half are choosing a new door and want to browse. This template serves the emergency first with a triage and a repair price list, then switches register entirely for the catalogue below it. The safety section exists because torsion springs and auto-reverse sensors are the two things in this trade that genuinely injure people, and saying so plainly is more useful than a warranty badge.
Both downloads are the same design. The HTML build opens by double-clicking index.html — no Node, no install, no build step — and its accordions work, but the click-driven widgets are presentational. The React build is the live, interactive one and needs npm install.

Can I replace a spring myself?
We would rather you did not. A torsion spring holds enough stored energy to break an arm and the winding bars are not optional equipment. This is the one job in the trade that regularly hospitalises people.
Why replace both springs?
They wear at the same rate. Replacing one means the second fails within months and you pay a second call-out to fix a job you already paid for.
Is my door worth repairing?
Usually, and we will say when it is not. A door with rusted-through sections or a bent track is a repair that keeps needing repairing, and we would rather tell you that than take the money twice.
