Every painting quote looks the same until you read what is under it. This template leads with preparation spec rather than finished-room photography, because the difference between a two-year job and a ten-year one is filling, sanding and priming, and that is where cheap quotes cut. Coats are stated per surface, paint brands are named rather than described as trade quality, and there is a colour consultation route for the people who know they want it changed but not to what.
Both downloads are the same design. The HTML build opens by double-clicking index.html — no Node, no install, no build step — and its accordions work, but the click-driven widgets are presentational. The React build is the live, interactive one and needs npm install.

Why is your quote higher?
Usually because it includes preparation somebody else left out. Ask any cheaper quote how many coats, what filler, and whether bare areas are primed — the answers explain the gap.
How many coats do I get?
It is stated per surface on the quote rather than assumed. Most walls are two over a primed surface; strong colour changes and bare plaster need three and we say so.
How long will it take?
A written schedule with a start and finish date, and exterior work is weather-dependent in a way we will be honest about rather than optimistic.
