Free Real Estate Agent
website template.
A real estate site lives or dies on two audiences who want opposite things — buyers want listings, sellers want proof you can sell. This template gives each a front door from the hero rather than making sellers scroll past property cards to find anything for them. The listing grid carries the details people actually filter on, the neighbourhood section is written as guides rather than as SEO padding, and the sold strip does the work a testimonial cannot: it shows what went for what, and how long it took.
Both downloads are the same design. The HTML build opens by double-clicking index.html — no Node, no install, no build step — and its accordions work, but the click-driven widgets are presentational. The React build is the live, interactive one and needs npm install.

Sections are the ones this trade needs, in the order it needs them. Swapping one out is a line in the config — nothing is welded to the layout.
Written to answer real objections
The placeholder copy is not lorem ipsum. It answers the questions this trade actually gets asked, so the template reads like a finished site while you are still deciding whether to use it.
How do you decide the asking price?
From completed sales of genuinely comparable properties in the last six months, adjusted for condition and aspect. You get the list of comparables with the valuation, so you can check the reasoning rather than take the number on trust.
What is your commission?
A published percentage on completion, with no upfront marketing fee and no withdrawal charge. It is on the fees section of this site rather than saved for the appointment.
How long will it take to sell?
The sold strip on this page lists days on market for every recent sale, including the slow ones. That is a more honest answer than an average.
